We always do our utmost to ensure that all blinds we supply will arrive in perfect condition. If you have any problems please contact us to allow us to provide a solution.
OUR BLINDS
All blind illustrations cannot necessarily represent an exact colour or shade. There will always be slight variations and this may also apply to any samples we send.
MEASUREMENTS
Your blinds will be manufactured to the dimensions which you supply. We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate dimensions supplied to us. Should a mismeasure occur we will do our best to help resolve any problems.
DELIVERY
Our carriers will not transport blinds over 3 metres in length. Wider blinds can be manufactured but they can only be collected from one of our premises.
Please allow for a maximum of 28 days for delivery. We usually deliver much sooner and we will contact you and liase with you throughout the delivery process.
Carriage prices apply to UK mainland only. Please speak with us for carriage costs to further locations.
We cannot be held liable for delays caused by events or occurrances beyond our control.
