Orders cannot be cancelled after manufacturing has commenced because your blinds are made to measure to our individual specifications. Ownership of any blinds ordered remains with Baileys Blinds until full payment is received.

There will always be slight variations and this may also apply to any samples we send.
Safety devices are provided to secure cords and chains to limit the risk of strangulation and entanglement. Customers unsure of the correct child safety device installation should contact Baileys Blinds. Customers who decline to fit child safety devices should consider child safety issues for successive occupiers of the property. Persons in charge of young children are ultimately responsible for following safety instructions provided by the manufacturer and keeping cords out of reach of young children.
Your blinds will be manufactured to the dimensions which you supply.
We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate dimensions supplied to us.
Should a measuring error occur we will do our best to help resolve any problems.
Customers should be aware that tiles may splinter or crack due to their nature and must be aware that drilling into tiles is at their own risk.
Payment in full is required at the time of fitting in your premises or when collected or delivered.
Our carriers will not transport blinds over 3 metres in length. Wider blinds can be manufactured but they can only be collected from one of our premises.
Please allow for a maximum of 28 days for delivery. We usually deliver much sooner and we will contact you and liaise with you throughout the delivery process.
